As a Human Services Analyst, you will be responsible for the research, development, modification, and testing of system changes related to the Third Party Liability (TPL) processes. You will review a variety of resource reports for potential system issues and necessary TPL resource updates. In this role, you will act as a liaison between Department of Human Services (DHS) Program Offices and TPL as it relates to Medicare resource issues and serve as the subject matter expert for Medicare resource policy and procedures. In addition, you will represent TPL on interdepartmental meetings in a consultative capacity.Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
• Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to (3) days a week with (2) days in the office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

• One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs; and a bachelor's degree; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes one year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs.
